Can I track my parcel online?

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be contacted by the & FOR LOVE team with a tracking number so that you can track the progress online.

How long does it take to send my order?

We currently require a minimum of 5 months prior to your wedding date to begin making your dress. Example: If your wedding is on June 1st, 2014 you would need to order your dress before January 1st, 2014.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship both Nationally and Internationally using a door-to-door courier service. Please see ‘Delivery’ for more information.

Do any stores carry & FOR LOVE dresses?

We will have a list of retailers that carry & FOR LOVE products coming soon. 

Sizing:

All of our dresses are made-to-order and are sized by number. We require that you measure yourself and refer to our size chart to determine your measurements corresponding to & FOR LOVE sizes. We do not make custom sizes or alterations. If you find that your measurements are in-between sizes, we would recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit. Depending on the designed fit of a style, particular measurements will be of more importance when choosing your size. All & FOR LOVE products are listed using & FOR LOVE sizes.

Lengths: We carry three different lengths of dress: petite, regular and extended. Please refer to the size chart and measure yourself to determine what length you would prefer. If possible please remember to consider the height of your shoes for the length of your gown.

Note: If you are unsure of your dress size please email us your height, bust, waist and hip measurements and we will advise you on which size we recommend would best fits you.

Details and embellishments:

Embellishments on gowns that have hand dyed or hand-beaded details are done individually, therefore no two are exactly the same.

What fabrics do we use?

We source 100% silk wherever possible. Our gowns are comfortable, breathable and lightweight. Along with the design, manufacturing and fit, our fabrics are of the highest quality, and are significant to the look and touch for all of our dresses and accessories. Some variations may occur in natural materials such as feathers, or natural aging where vintage materials are used.  Please take this into consideration.

Flower Crowns:

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, our flower crowns are only available for delivery within the Greater Toronto Area. Our partners at Sweetpea’s use locally sourced flowers so some flowers varieties may vary seasonally. Please email info@andforlove.com for more details. 

Where are the products made?

Each items is locally made in Toronto, Canada.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of our garments and accessories, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are offered.

Faulty goods and repairs

If an item is faulty, please return it in original packaging within 24 hours of receipt to be refunded. The faulty item must be returned to us unused, with all & FOR LOVE tags attached and original packaging. If we are unable to repair the item, we will accept a return of a faulty item and replace the item, in the same size, subject to availability. If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will accept a return of the faulty item.

Alterations

We do not offer alterations. Any alterations to any of our products after purchasing are done so at the customer’s own risk. & FOR LOVE does not accept any responsibility for the outcome of any alterations.  For further information please contact us.
